1. Download ID File The ID File is an empty file in .txt format, which name contains the identification number assigned to you.

2. Insert the ID File in the root folder of your web resource
The ID File should be accessible via http protocol. The ID File has no effect on the operation of the web resource and does not carry any information, except for the ID number in its name. You can upload the ID file to your web resource using ftp / ssh protocol or web file manager (if this option is available in the Administration Board of your hosting provider)

3. Enter the link in the verification window and press “TEST”
The query for the ID file is sent to your web resource. If the file is found, the verification is passed. If not, the ID file is probably not placed in the root folder, or an incorrect link to the web resource is specified.

Such verification helps to prove that our services are used by people who have direct access to the web resource and have administrator rights. Important information about the vulnerabilities will fall among administrators, and not third-party individuals who are unrelated to the web resource.
